Online shops

An online shop on WooCommerce, ready to sell in Poland

I build shops on WooCommerce, the WordPress that sells. You get a shop with online payments, Polish couriers and parcel lockers, a product catalogue and product photos I take myself. That is how winosens.pl runs, the shop of a Polish vineyard selling wine and vine seedlings.

What is included

  • Products with variants (size, colour, volume), stock levels and sale prices.
  • Online payments, bank transfer and cash on delivery; couriers, InPost parcel lockers and pick-up.
  • A cart and checkout reduced to what is necessary, because every extra field means abandoned orders.
  • Terms, privacy policy and returns information compliant with Polish consumer law, in Polish and English.
  • Product photos: packshots on a plain background and photos in use.
  • Google Search Console, product structured data and Google Merchant integration.

Wholesale and catalogues

For companies that sell wholesale I build a separate catalogue with orders for business customers. Example: the WinoSens vine seedling catalogue, divided into white and red varieties and rootstocks, with a wholesale order form. It runs next to the regular shop on the same site.

Why WooCommerce

Because the shop is yours. The code, products, customers and orders sit on your hosting, with no platform subscription and no commission on sales. WooCommerce works with Polish payment providers, couriers and invoicing, and there are enough plugins that little has to be written from scratch. It does need care: updates, backups and checking that everything still works afterwards. I can run that care for you.

Care after launch

A shop nobody updates has security holes and conflicting plugins within a year. I offer ongoing care: WordPress and plugin updates, backups, fixing errors if they appear, and responding to break-in attempts. Scope and price are set with the shop quote.

Questions and answers

How much does an online shop cost?

It depends on the number of products and variants, the integrations with payments, couriers and invoicing, and whether you need photos. Tell me what you sell and how many products you have, and you will get a quote within 2 working days.

WooCommerce or a subscription platform?

If you want to own the shop, pay no commission and have full access to your data, WooCommerce. If you sell a handful of products and prefer a monthly fee for a ready tool with no technical care, a subscription platform may be simpler. I will tell you plainly which fits your case.

Can I add products myself?

Yes. WooCommerce has a panel where you add products, change prices and handle orders. At handover I show you how and leave a short guide.

Do you take product photos?

Yes, packshots and photos in use, in my studio or at your place.

Does it work with Polish couriers and invoices?

Yes. I connect online payments, couriers, InPost lockers and invoicing, depending on what you use.
