A website for a coach, consultant or language school
In consulting and training the client buys a person, so the site must show you: experience, results, reviews, the way you work. Add course sign-ups and consultation bookings, without e-mails back and forth. I built the site of DBAR, a Polish business consultancy, the same way.
What the site must do
- Show who you help and with what result: specific industries, specific numbers if the client agrees.
- Present the offer as products with a price or a range: open course, in-house training, consultation, programme.
- Let people sign up and pay at once, also at night after a webinar.
- Collect contacts: a newsletter, a free resource in exchange for an e-mail address.
What I can build in
- Course sign-ups with online payment, seat limits, invoices and a reminder before the date.
- Consultation calendar: the client picks a free slot from your calendar and gets a confirmation and a meeting link.
- Participant area: materials, recordings and tasks behind a login, for the length of the programme.
- Newsletter and automatic sequences: a series of e-mails after sign-up, from your own domain.
- Business portraits and photos from trainings, taken by me.
- Client database with training and consultation history, contracts and offers from templates.
Questions and answers
Do I need a course platform?
For a few courses a participant area on your own site is enough, with no platform subscription. A ready platform makes sense with dozens of courses and thousands of participants.
Are online payments safe and legal in Poland?
Yes, through a licensed payment operator; the money goes to your account and the site issues invoices. I set it up with the site.
Will you help with the copy?
Yes. The copy on a coach’s site we write together, because it has to sound like you, not like an agency.
