IT support for companies: e-mail, domains, backups and security

A small company does not need a full-time IT person. It needs someone who knows where the domain is registered, who has the e-mail password and whether backups are actually running. I do this for companies in and around Kraków, and remotely across Poland: from a single issue to ongoing care.

What I take care of

  • E-mail on your own domain. Setting up mailboxes, moving mail, SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings, so your e-mails do not end up in spam and nobody can pretend to be your company.
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Staff accounts, shared calendars and drives, e-mail on phones. Removing access when someone leaves.
  • Domains and hosting. The domain registered to the company, not to a former employee. Renewals on time and tidy DNS settings.
  • Backups. Automatic backups of the website, e-mail and documents, stored off the server, and checks that data can actually be restored from them.
  • Account security. Two-step login, a password manager for the team, a review of who has access to what.
  • Website, plugins and licences. WordPress updates, licence renewals such as Elementor Pro, fixes after changes on the provider side.

Taking over IT from a previous company

This is the most common situation: the company that built the website or set up e-mail stopped replying, and nobody knows where the logins are. I start with a list: domain registrar, hosting, e-mail, Google and Microsoft accounts, plugins and licences. I move them to your company and keep them in one place you have full access to.

How it works for my clients

For Verhagen Kraków I provide ongoing IT support together with the licences and plugins on their website. For WinoSens I look after company e-mail on the winosens.pl domain, and for DBAR the hosting, four domains, SSL certificates, plugins and a mailbox under yearly care.

A system reminds me of every renewal well in advance, so no domain or licence expires in the middle of your busy season.

How I charge

Single tasks are charged by time, with no minimum subscription: setting up e-mail, moving a domain, recovering access. Ongoing care is a yearly or monthly agreement covering renewals, backups, updates and day-to-day issues.

There is no price list on the website, because the scope differs in every company. You get a quote after a short conversation, and if a ready-made service without me would serve you better, I will say so.

Questions and answers

Do you come on site?

In and around Kraków, yes, when the issue needs it. Most things, such as e-mail, domains, accounts and backups, I handle remotely, so I also work with companies in other cities.

Do I have to sign a long-term agreement?

No. You can start with a single task, for example setting up e-mail. Ongoing care makes sense when the company has several domains, mailboxes and licences whose renewals need watching.

What about logins and passwords?

We keep them in a password manager that belongs to your company. You have full access, and if we stop working together, nothing stays only with me.

Can you help when e-mail or the website stops working?

Yes. I first check whether the problem is with the domain, the hosting or the mailbox, and tell you how long the fix will take.
