A website for a clinic or therapist with online booking

A patient finds you on Google, reads the reviews and wants to book right away, without waiting for a call back. The site must give them a slot, say what a visit costs and who runs it, and save you phone calls and no-shows. For English-speaking practitioners in Kraków I build it in both languages.

What the site must do

  • Show practitioners by name, with a photo and experience. Patients choose a person, not a logo.
  • State prices and visit length. Hidden prices end in phone calls with one question.
  • Allow online booking with confirmation and a reminder the day before.
  • Answer the questions patients ask before a first visit: how to prepare, what to bring, how to get there.

What I can build in

  • Online booking with a calendar per practitioner, confirmation and SMS or e-mail reminders. Fewer no-shows.
  • Pre-visit questionnaire: the patient fills in the intake form on their phone and you have it before they walk in. The same mechanism I use in my own company.
  • Consents and documents online: treatment consent, terms, a privacy policy written for health data (GDPR, Article 9).
  • Prices and schedule from a panel you change yourself.
  • Review collection: after the visit the patient gets a link to a Google review; reviews show on the site automatically.
  • Service pages for Google, in English and Polish: “English-speaking dentist Kraków”, “physiotherapist Kraków”, each with its own content and questions.

Photos of the practice and team

In this field photos make the difference: the interior, the team, the equipment. I shoot them myself in one day, together with business portraits of the practitioners.

Questions and answers

Is a booking site GDPR-compliant?

Yes, if built properly: patient data sits on your server in Poland, forms collect only what is needed, the privacy policy covers health data, and consents are stored with a date. I prepare this together with the site.

Can the site connect to software we already use?

Often yes. Many practice systems have an integration interface; I check before quoting and tell you plainly what is possible.

Do SMS reminders cost extra?

Yes, each SMS has an operator price, usually a few dozen groszy. E-mail reminders are free. We set up what makes sense for your patients.
