A website for a restaurant or café in Kraków

A guest wants three things: the menu with prices, opening hours and a way to book a table. If the site makes them download last year’s PDF, they go elsewhere. A restaurant site must be current, fast on a phone and, in Kraków, in Polish and English.

What the site must do

  • Show the menu with prices as text on the page, not as an image or PDF. Google indexes text; guests read it on a phone.
  • Give opening hours, the address with a map and the phone number as a button.
  • Let guests book a table and, if you want, order takeaway.
  • Work in Polish and English, with separate addresses for each language.

What I can build in

  • Menu from a panel: change prices and dishes from your phone in a minute; the site and Google see it at once. Seasonal and daily menus with an expiry date.
  • Table booking with confirmation and a limit of seats per hour, with no subscription to a middleman.
  • Online takeaway orders with payment and no delivery-app commission. Orders arrive on a printer or tablet in the kitchen.
  • Food and interior photos shot at your place in one day.
  • Google Business Profile with menu and photos, reviews collected after the visit, Restaurant and Menu structured data.
  • Vouchers and events: gift cards sold online, sign-ups for tastings and themed dinners.

Polish version done properly

Most of your guests search in Polish. I write the Polish version myself, as a native speaker, with its own addresses and Google descriptions, not as a plugin translation.

Questions and answers

Will online orders replace delivery apps?

They will not replace them, but they give you a commission-free channel for regulars. The apps stay for new customers; regulars order directly, cheaper for you.

Can I change the menu from my phone?

Yes. The panel works in the phone’s browser; changing a price or adding a dish of the day takes a minute.

Do you take the food photos?

Yes, at your place, at a time when the kitchen can plate dishes for the camera. The photos go to the site, the Google profile and social media.
