A website for construction, development and property
In construction a website sells trust: finished projects, references, people with names. I built the sites of BUD-AN Kraków, Verhagen and City Life Developer, and I shoot drone photos and films myself, so the material for the site is made in-house.
What the site must do
- Show projects with dates, location and scope, with photos from the build and after handover.
- Lead the investor to one action: a quote request with specific fields (type of building, location, timing).
- For a developer: a catalogue of investments with unit availability, prices or ranges, floor plans and build status.
- Build credibility: references, certificates, years on the market, the team.
What I can build in
- Project or investment catalogue with filters (area, price, location, status) and a panel where you add entries yourself.
- Drone photos and films of sites and finished buildings, also monthly to show progress.
- Build diary for the client: the client logs in and sees last week’s photos, the schedule and documents. Fewer “how is it going” calls.
- Quote form that lands straight in a database of enquiries with a reminder to call back.
- Contracts and offers from templates, numbered and versioned, in Polish and English.
- Landing page per investment: a separate domain and page for one estate, with a waiting list.
Questions and answers
Can you take drone photos of our sites?
Yes, I am a licensed drone pilot. I shoot photos and films of sites and finished buildings, also monthly to document progress.
Can clients follow the build progress?
Yes, through a client panel: photos, schedule, documents to download and accept. The same mechanism I use in my own company for contracts and questionnaires.
Can each investment have its own section?
Yes. Each investment can have its own page or its own domain, with a list of units and a waiting list.
